510 runners completed the Bideford 10K Race which was won by Steve Gallienne of Bideford AAC in 32:24. Exmouth Harrier Andy Kennedy was 73rd in 41:30, an excellent time.The winner of the Plymouth Half Marathon was Jean Ndayisenga of Birchfield in 1:05:31. The large field of 3,889 runners included just one Exmouth Harrier, Dawn Teed, who ran well to come 1,047th in 1:51:45.
